Hello team AND Academy,

I am writing to bring to your notice an unfortunate experience I had while enquiring about an interior design course at AND Academy.

During my interaction with one of your representatives, the communication turned unprofessional and disrespectful. I had to disconnect a call due to personal reasons, after which I was subjected to rude remarks, including a statement lines of “haan yaar, yeh dimaag kha rahi hai”, which I found extremely inappropriate and offensive.

As a prospective student, I expected basic courtesy and professionalism. Cutting a call should not result in abusive language or personal comments. Such behaviour reflects poorly on the academy’s values and can discourage genuine learners who are interested in growing in this field.

I felt it was important to share this feedback so you are aware of how potential students are being treated by your staff. I hope necessary steps are taken to ensure respectful communication going forward.

I am about to finish my certification course in Interior design and the overall experience has been great. The curriculum of the course and the schedule has been designed with students of all categories in mind. Classes are interactive, knowledgeable. The tasks in class, after hours and the on field reasearch gives you a live demonstration of what we will be dealing with in future. My mentors have been very helpful, patient, understanding. The bring up the live experiences to the class at instances where we need to understand the reality. My overall experience has been very great and insightful.
