It is a theoretical concept and scientific practice that focuses on holistic collaboration between teams and focuses more on iterative learning than traditional design theories.\n<\/p>\n<p>This approach focuses heavily on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.andacademy.com\/resources\/blog\/ui-ux-design\/what-is-ux-design\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">user experience<\/a> and takes a customer-centric approach. There are various learning loops and development of minimum viable products (MVPs) that set this methodology apart from others.\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<h3>Not to be confused with<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"not_confuse\">\n<div class=\"card-box\">\n<div class=\"glo-box hovercard\">\n<p><strong>Agile UX<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nIt focuses more on user testing and research.\n<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"card-box\">\n<div class=\"glo-box hovercard\">\n<p><strong>Design Thinking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nIt focuses more on empathy and user research.\n<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Lean UX Process<\/h2>\n<p>The Lean UX design process is as follows &#8211;\n<\/p>\n<ul class=\"disc\">\n<li><strong>Brainstorm &#8211;<\/strong> The first step in the lean <a href=\"https:\/\/www.andacademy.com\/resources\/blog\/ui-ux-design\/what-is-the-ux-design-process\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UX design process<\/a> is to gather data, identify the problem, and brainstorm solutions to the problem. The aim is to understand what problem you will be solving for the user.\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Create &#8211;<\/strong> The next step is to create the MVP and add features that will help solve the problem in the way you have identified in the first step. The aim is to create a starting point for your product.\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Evaluate &#8211;<\/strong> In this final step of the Lean UX process, you gather user feedback on the product you\u2019ve created. The aim is to find out what can be improved and strategize further to implement those improvements.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Lean UX Methodology<\/h2>\n<p>The Lean UX methodology is about continuously improving a product by gathering user feedback.
