An eyelet is a small hole finished with a ring, typically made of metal or plastic, used to reinforce the hole. It prevents the surrounding material from tearing. In interior design<\/a>, an eyelet has a dual application, as a type of curtain hardware as well as a decorative style of fabric.\n<\/p>\n

An eyelet is often used in curtains so it can slide easily across the curtain rod. It is also often used in cushions and to reinforce holes used in drawstrings. They are also used to create uniform folds in the curtain and add a delicate touch to the furniture.<\/p>\n

What is an Eyelet Ring?<\/h2>\n

This results in wide, soft, and uniform folds in a curtain that give the window a clean and contemporary look. Eyelet curtains are known for being easy to hang and operate.<\/p>\n
