Customer experience refers to the overall perception that a customer has of a brand. In terms of UI UX, it focuses on how satisfied the user is after interacting with a digital product or service, or the interface related to an offline service.

Customer experience impacts sales, loyalty, and brand value. It is the total of all interactions with your product or service.

User Experience vs Customer Experience

User experience includes thoughts and impressions during the interaction and is centered around the user’s journey, while customer experience is centered around the user's journey with a particular product or service.
